This policy supplements the sections above and is intended to meet transparency obligations under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and, where applicable, French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended (“Informatique et Libertés”). Meteoria acts as data controller for the processing described for its own service. Where you upload personal data about third parties (e.g. colleagues), you must have a lawful basis and, if required, inform them.
Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): operating your account and delivering the Service. Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): security, abuse prevention, product improvement and analytics where balanced against your rights. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): non-essential cookies and certain marketing, where we ask for it and you can withdraw at any time. Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): e.g. tax and accounting retention.
We use carefully selected service providers (hosting, payment, email, analytics, etc.) who process data only on documented instructions and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures. We enter into data processing agreements (DPAs) that meet Article 28 GDPR requirements where required.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other mechanisms permitted by GDPR Chapter V.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. We will respond within one month (extendable in complex cases as permitted by law). We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
The Service is not directed at children under the age at which parental consent is required for information society services under French law (generally 15 in France). If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate authority, we will delete it.

Google Analytics Data: We access Google Analytics data solely to provide you with insights about LLM-generated traffic to your website. This data is processed according to Google's strict data use policies and is never shared with third parties or used for purposes other than generating the reports you've requested.
We only use this data to provide the analytics features you have requested and never for any other purpose. Your data is not used to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing our service.
