Terms of use of the Meteoria service and rights and obligations of users

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the "GTU") govern access to and use of the Meteoria service published by Meteoria, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €300, SIREN 993 360 262, SIRET of the registered office 993 360 262 00014, EU VAT number FR44993360262, registered office at 14 avenue du Général de Gaulle, 94160 Saint-Mandé, France, RCS Créteil B 993 360 262, whose business includes computer programming (NAF 6201Z) and the provision of software and cloud services for monitoring brand visibility in third-party generative artificial intelligence systems.
Use of the Meteoria service implies full acceptance of these GTU. If you do not accept these conditions, we invite you not to use our service.

Meteoria provides software and cloud tools to monitor and analyse how brands may appear in outputs of third-party generative AI systems. Results depend on third-party models, prompts, sampling, and product changes; they are indicative and not a guarantee of future rankings, traffic, or commercial outcomes. The Service does not constitute legal, financial, or SEO advice.
The Service may query or interoperate with third-party large language models, search, or analytics APIs. Their availability, terms, latency, and outputs are outside Meteoria’s full control. Scheduled maintenance, rate limits, or policy changes by providers may affect the Service. You remain responsible for your use of outputs and for complying with third-party terms where you integrate them.
Free tiers, trials, or promotional credits may be limited in duration, volume, or features as described on the website or in-product. Paid subscriptions renew according to the plan you select until cancelled in accordance with our billing flows. Price or feature changes will be communicated as required by law and, where applicable, your contract.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons, or modify features to improve quality or compliance. Where materially adverse to paid customers, we will use reasonable efforts to give prior notice when practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meteoria, its officers, employees, and subcontractors against claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these GTU, your misuse of the Service, your content or data you submit, or your violation of third-party rights or applicable law.
Where applicable, you may request a copy of personal data we hold about you in a structured, commonly used format, and portability within the limits of GDPR and complementary EU or French rules (including sector-specific or future data-access frameworks). Technical feasibility, security, and third-party rights may limit what can be exported. See our Privacy Policy for how to exercise rights.
Meteoria is offered as paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise), with a free trial when offered at signup. Current prices, quotas (tracked prompts and monthly credits), and the feature list are those published on the site’s pricing page and may be updated there.
Payments are made by credit card via secure payment processors. Prices are expressed in euros including tax and include applicable VAT. Annual subscriptions offer a 2-month discount.
An invoice is automatically issued and sent by email after each transaction.

Meteoria commits to providing the Service with diligence but reminds that:
Meteoria's liability is limited to the amount of sums paid by the User during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
The User is responsible for:
All elements of the Service (software, databases, texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law and belong to Meteoria or its beneficiaries.
Meteoria grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service for their own needs.
Reports and analyses generated remain the property of the User. Meteoria may use anonymized data for Service improvement purposes.
These GTU come into effect upon acceptance by the User and remain applicable as long as the User uses the Service.
The User can delete their account at any time from their personal space. Deletion results in permanent loss of data associated with the account.
Meteoria may suspend or terminate an account in case of:

Meteoria reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. Modifications take effect upon their publication on the Service.
Users will be informed of important modifications by email and/or notification on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
These GTU are governed by French law. Save for mandatory rules granting consumers jurisdiction in their place of residence, any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Créteil, France.
Prior to any contentious recourse, the parties will strive to resolve their differences amicably.
In accordance with regulations, consumers may resort to conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method.
